As I navigate the radical divide here in OC, I can only wonder if there are others out there who share my motivation to overcome partisan politics and actually make a difference in people’s lives. If you fit the profile, whether black, white, Democrat, Republican, Independent, whatever, please consider giving yourself a voice here on The Centrist OC. I’m not just looking to start a blog. I’m looking to start a movement! Want to be a part of something radically moderate? Now’s your chance!
The polarizing forces are still going at it. Far left. Far right. They’re both wrong. Their intention is to perpetuate their own relevance. 70% of the voters sit in the middle, but it’s the other 30% who do the grunt work and make the contributions and the candidates depend on them. Apparently, the 70% has been apathetic. No more.
On this site we will strive to find solutions to our nations problems as well as debate the politics of doing so, but we are focused on becoming part of the solution and not part of the problem. As such, there will be times when some truths may be discovered that may not be easy to hear, but we believe that it is in the public’s best interest to hear them.
We are looking forward to finding solutions to problems, not problems in finding them, but we most certainly encourage lively, uncensored debate (within reason of course).
We strive for truth, justice, and the genuine American way, the way of common sense. Please contact me if you wish to contribute to our blog of reason.
